Michal Baraniak has 15 years of experience working for global corporations in the service and financial sectors, with the majority of that time spent in Lean Management and Process Excellence functions. He was one of the co-founders of the Service Process Improvement Network (SPIN), a community dedicated to advancing operational excellence. Since almost 10 years, Michal works for Euroclear Bank, where he has held a wide range of roles across both operational management and lean leadership, contributing to day-to-day performance as well as large-scale transformation initiatives.

Gabor has 25 years of experience working for global corporations in BPO services. Since 2020, he works for SPS Hungary as Program Manager and leads the Legal Entity Support team in Hungary. Gabor is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Continuous Improvement specialist and experienced Project manager trainer and mentor. Besides the Business Office management, he is responsible for providing sustainable, data-driven improvements and solving complex challenges and enabling smarter ways of working through innovation and technology.

Darek led delivery of many projects for a wide variety of clients of a global BPO company. He also led building 2 finance shared service / GBS organisation for international retail companies focusing on strong business case, mandate and buy-in, high performance teams and high continuous improvement culture deploying latest process expertise and technology. For the last 8 years he has been managing the Kingfisher GBS organisation located in Krakow and providing services in finance, administration, and engineering areas.

Krzysztof has over 15 years of ex_perience working in international companies, where he was responsible for implementing IT systems supporting productivity and efficiency. Since 2016, he has been an active RPA practitioner and trainer, having prepared over 400 specialists and managers worldwide. He is a certified UiPath trainer and developer. Currently, Krzysztof works as an RPA Product Manager in one of the world’s largest banks, where he leads the implementation of RPA and AI tools, and contributes to automation innovation through open-source projects.

Sawa is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Scrum Master with over 6 years of experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence. She leads productivity initiatives that empower teams to identify inefficiencies and implement impactful changes. In the RPA team, she heads Business Analysis and Solution Design, ensuring automation strategies align with business goals. Combining deep Lean expertise with hands-on automation experience, she delivers sustainable, data-driven improvements. Sawa thrives on solving complex challenges and enabling smarter ways of working through innovation and technology.

Mirosław brings over 30 years of experience in senior finance roles at global corporations such as Shell, Ahold Delhaize, and Kingfisher. He is an expert in change management, financial transformation, and implementing new technologies. Skilled in leading financial strategies and building new organizations, he thrives in multicultural environments and executive settings. His work includes due diligence, business case development, and audits. A forward-thinking leader, he embraces challenges and drives innovation to support sustainable growth.

Radoslaw is a technically skilled automation leader with hands-on experience in implementing and managing end-to-end RPA solutions. As Process Automation Manager at McCormick & Company and former Digital Transformation Lead at Fujitsu Poland, he has delivered scalable automation architectures and optimized complex business processes. His core expertise includes automation project delivery, maintenance management and leading Citizen Developer Programs to enable decentralized development.

Jakub specializes in driving intelligent process automation initiatives and new technologies. He is certified RPA Developer with nearly 7 years of experience in process automation. Jakub has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable automation solutions across diverse industries using such tools as Blue Prism, Power Platform with combination of programming skills. His professional journey began in logistics and operations, holding key roles at Fujitsu and UPS, where he honed his skills in coordination and process optimization. This blend of hands-on operational insight and technical expertise enables Jakub to bridge the gap between business needs and automation strategy.

Piotr is an IT Solutions Architect specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within UiPath. Active in the IT industry since the dot-com boom, he has experience with technologies such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and SAS. He is responsible for providing technological support to strategic clients in the SEE region in building solutions based on the UiPath platform. Currently, he is primarily involved in projects that integrate AI into business processes, particularly in the areas of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and large-scale automation (RPA).

Zuzanna has been a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Continuous Improvement specialist in SSC/GBS organizations since 2010, with extensive experience as an instructor. Since 2019 Zuzanna is a guest lecturer at Jagiellonian University and WSE Krakow, giving lectures and workshops on topics like process management, visual management, process mapping, problem-solving, lean management and six sigma. She is passionate about Continuous Improvement concepts and tools. Experienced trainer and project mentor. One of the co-founders of the Service Process Improvement Network (SPIN) Association.

Dominik has worked as an analyst, project leader, and people manager for many polish and international organizations. He has been building global services structures (Mexico, Manila, Krakow), setting up group-wide Automation Centers of Excellence, and supporting several global restructuring and transformation programs. Currently developing his business at Office Samurai – a company that supports corporate clients in process improvement and automation. Dominik has experience in leading projects in finance, HR, banking, IT, and NGO. As a fan of agile and lean philosophies, he tries to combine them both in daily work.
